Meet Crystal
Crystal is a Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hour, Usui Reiki Master, and Thai Bodywork Practitioner. She is the creator and owner of Crystal’s Yoga and Healing. She is also the owner of The Haven of Ellijay, the yoga studio in downtown Ellijay, GA.
Crystal is passionate about empowering others to find healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Working with the subtle energy systems of the body via yoga, breathwork, Reiki, bodywork, aromatherapy, and more, Crystal assists her clients in finding relief while teaching them tools to take control of their own health and wellbeing.
She teaches public and private yoga classes, yoga workshops, Reiki classes, Yoga Teacher Training, leads special yoga and energy healing events, and offers private healing sessions.
Yoga
Crystal offers several types of yoga classes: Yinyasa, Vinyasa Slow Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle, Yin, Sivananda, Partner, and more! You can schedule a private yoga session with her at your location. Or you can find her teaching studio classes at The Haven of Ellijay in Ellijay, GA.
No matter your experience with yoga, if you are in a fun private group session, or diving deeper one-on-one, Crystal will lead you on a journey within to shift your energy using the tools of asanas (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathwork).
Healing Sessions
Crystal works with the subtle energy systems of the physical body to promote healing and wellness within her clients. She does this through private healing sessions which include modalities such as Reiki, Crystal Healing, Thai Bodywork, and more!
